Arthur Murray Parramatta History
Arthur Murray Dance Studio Parramatta opened in December 2009. The venue has impact the moment you walk into the main ballroom with opulent black velvet curtains, ambient lightening and a gorgeous international standard sprung dance floor that offers comfort on the feet and legs for students. You?l feel right at home the minute you walk into the ballroom and are greeted by the friendly staff who have years of experience.
Dance Classes
Arthur Murray Dance Studios across the world specialise in teaching students social dancing but there are options for competition for the student who wish to go further.
We offer Private lessons, Group classes, Practice Time and Parties at the individual speed & level of each student. You can come on your own or as a couple.
We teach all forms of Social Ballroom & Latin American dancing, Weddings, Special Occasions, Social, Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Swing, Hustle, West Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Salsa, Rumba, Bolero, Meringue, Mambo, Dirty Dancing, Samba, Argentine Tango, Lindy Hop & Quick Step anything you can do with a partner.
Staff Profiles
With over 42years of dancing experience and having taught and managed studios all over the world including New York, London and Asia, Mark Perkovich the owner of the Parramatta Studio and his partner Melanie, who is the manager are one of Australia? elite Dancing couples. They have two world championship titles and numerous national and international titles in both Latin and Ballroom including 3x Australian Champion, US 10 Dance Champion, South Pacific Professional Champion, National Capital Professional Standard Champion, World Professional Dance-o-rama Champion to name just a few. They are also both qualified adjudicators.
